2. Description of Service

Milano AI is an AI-powered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables users to create, edit, and generate digital content including but not limited to images, videos, and marketing materials using artificial intelligence technology.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Our Service operates on a subscription basis with the following terms:

• Free Trial: New users receive 10 credits upon registration
• Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• Credit Top-ups: Additional credits can be purchased as one-time transactions
• No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Content Ownership and License

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create using our Service. You are granted unlimited commercial usage rights for all outputs and generations you create through Milano AI.

Input Materials: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use any materials you upload or input into our Service.

Service License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service in accordance with these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service uses artificial intelligence technology to generate content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or misleading information
• Generated content should be reviewed and verified before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• You are solely responsible for evaluating and using AI-generated content appropriately

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

• Create illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Everywhere AI LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
